Cirebon Smart Farm is a modern hydroponic farm in Cirebon, West Java. We grow premium Hami melons and fresh lettuce inside a greenhouse where temperature, humidity, and nutrients are controlled by an automated system. We are now preparing the next line: tilapia farming with a biofloc system.
Why We Farm This Way
Farming in Indonesia often loses out not because the soil lacks fertility, but because the results are hard to predict. The weather changes, pests arrive, and harvest quality goes up and down with no pattern. Large buyers need certainty, and certainty only comes from data.
So we built a farm where every variable is measured. Nutrients are delivered through a dosing system at a precise dose. Humidity and air circulation are set by automatic fans. Greenhouse temperature is monitored continuously. Microbubble aeration maintains oxygen levels in the root zone. It all comes down to one thing: harvests that are uniform, repeatable, and can be promised to buyers.
We are now bringing the same approach to water. A biofloc system lets us raise fish at high density with water parameters measured every day, exactly the way we treat the nutrient solution in the hydroponic growing channels.
What We Stand By
Four things that determine every decision on the farm
Measured
Every parameter is recorded, from solution pH to daily temperature. Decisions come from numbers, not from habit.
Sustainable
Water is reused, waste is processed back into nutrients, and chemical use is kept as low as possible.
Honest With Buyers
We only promise what we can actually deliver. If a product is not ready, we say it is not ready.
Open Sharing
Our technical notes are open to other farmers. Modern farming grows faster when the knowledge is not kept to yourself.
Our Farm's Journey
Built in stages, one system at a time
-
Stage 1 — Hydroponic Basics
The first growing channel setup and NFT system were built. One focus: making sure the nutrient solution flows steadily and the roots get enough oxygen.
-
Stage 2 — Greenhouse Automation
An automatic dosing system, humidity control fans, and real-time temperature monitoring were installed. From this point on, harvest results started to become predictable.
-
Stage 3 — Premium Products
Hami melons and hydroponic lettuce reached a consistent quality standard, with post-harvest handling and packaging that is food grade.
-
Stage 4 — Microbubble Technology
Microbubble aeration was applied to raise dissolved oxygen in the root zone, which has a direct impact on how fast the plants grow.
-
In progress — Biofloc Line
Biofloc ponds for tilapia are being prepared, along with a plan to connect them to the greenhouse as an aquaponics system. See the plan.

Areas We Serve
Refrigerated delivery for nearby areas, freight with cold storage for longer distances
For Cirebon and the surrounding area, we deliver ourselves in refrigerated vehicles so the produce stays fresh from the moment it is harvested. For cities farther out, we work with freight services that have cold storage facilities.
What We Do
Three lines running under one control system
Premium Hami Melon
Hydroponic melons at 14 to 16 Brix sweetness and uniform in size, harvested at optimal ripeness.
Hydroponic Lettuce
Harvested in the morning straight from the greenhouse, packed hygienically, and shipped in a cold chain.
Biofloc Tilapia
The fish line we are preparing. Its guide page is already open, complete with an equipment list.
Technology Consulting
