We grow melon and leafy greens without soil, in a greenhouse where temperature, humidity and nutrient strength are controlled rather than left to the weather. Every tank is logged, which is what makes a harvest repeatable instead of lucky.
Automatic Dosing
Nutrients are metered to a target EC, not poured by eye, so every plant in a run gets the same feed
Humidity Control
Fans hold humidity and keep air moving, which is the cheapest defense against fungal disease
Microbubble Aeration
Fine bubbles raise dissolved oxygen at the roots, where root rot usually starts
Live Temperature Monitoring
Greenhouse temperature is watched continuously, because warm water turns lettuce bitter long before it looks wrong
