1. About This Service
Cirebon Smart Farm is a hydroponic and fish farming operation in Cirebon, West Java. This site holds information about the farm, the products we sell, free training modules, and several growing calculators.
2. Training Content Is Educational
We write the training modules and articles on this site from our own experience at the farm. Conditions differ from farm to farm: climate, water quality, variety, and equipment are never exactly the same. So the content is guidance, not a guarantee of results.
The decisions you make on your own farm are your responsibility. For decisions that involve large costs, test on a small plot first before applying them everywhere.
3. The Calculators Give Estimates
The AB Mix nutrient calculator and the biofloc pond calculator compute from the numbers you enter, using the formulas we use day to day. The result is a first estimate that still has to be checked against your own meters, above all EC, pH, and temperature. We are not liable for losses that arise from using calculator output without verifying it.
4. Products, Prices, and Orders
Product availability follows the harvest, so it can change without notice. Prices listed on the site are indicative; the binding price is the one we confirm in writing when you order. An order counts as valid once we confirm it, not when the form is sent.
5. Copyright
The text, photographs, illustrations, and layout on this site belong to Cirebon Smart Farm, unless stated otherwise. You may read it, save it for personal use, and share links to it. To quote part of it elsewhere, name the source and include a link back. To use it commercially, ask for written permission first.
Some plant photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under open licenses. We list the attribution and the license on the posts that use them.
6. Links to Third Parties
This site links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other outside sources. We do not control the content there and are not responsible for it. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Our Social Media Accounts
Posts on the Cirebon Smart Farm Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts are published by us, some of them through a scheduling tool we built ourselves. Their content is subject to the same terms as this page, and also to the terms of each platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
This site is provided as is. We try to keep the content correct and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors, and we do not guarantee the site is always reachable. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses that arise from using this site.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled first by discussion, and if no agreement is reached, in the court with jurisdiction in the Cirebon area, West Java.
