How do I order hydroponic products?
You can order through the contact form above, by email to cirebonsmartfarm@gmail.com, or by direct message on our Instagram. Our team will help with the order and give you details on product availability.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order differs per product. For individual customers we serve orders from 5 kg for melon and 1 kg for lettuce. For bulk or business orders, contact us for a special quote.
How does product delivery work?
We use a cold chain to keep the products fresh during delivery. In Cirebon and the surrounding area we deliver with refrigerated vehicles. For longer distances we work with freight services that have cold storage.
Can I visit the greenhouse?
Of course. We welcome visits from prospective customers, farmers, or anyone interested in hydroponic technology. Please contact us first to arrange a time so we can host you properly.
Do you offer hydroponic technology consultations?
Yes. We offer hydroponic technology consultations for individuals and for companies that want to start or grow a hydroponic business. Our expert team can help from planning and system design through to implementation.
Can I order biofloc tilapia yet?
Not yet. Our biofloc fish line is still being set up, so no fish are for sale. Please choose the subject Interest in Biofloc Tilapia in the form above and we will contact you first when the date of the first harvest and the official prices are announced.
