Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect and, far more importantly, what data we do not collect. It applies to the site www.cirebonsmartfarm.com and to the post scheduling tool we use ourselves to manage the Cirebon Smart Farm social media accounts.

1. Who We Are

Cirebon Smart Farm is a hydroponics and aquaculture farm in Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia. For anything concerning this policy, contact cirebonsmartfarm@gmail.com.

2. This Site Does Not Collect Your Data

This site is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. There is no database, no user accounts, and nothing for you to sign up for.

• No cookies from us. We set no tracking cookies, no ad pixels, and no analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• No visitor profiles. We build no profiles, target no ads, and sell nothing about you.
• Server logs. GitHub Pages, as the hosting provider, logs incoming requests, including IP addresses, as web servers normally do. Those logs belong to GitHub and are subject to their privacy policy; we do not access them.
• Fonts and icons. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare. Your browser contacts both services directly, and both have their own privacy policy.

3. Contact Form

The form on the contact page sends nothing to our server, because there is no server to receive it. What you fill in is assembled into a draft email, then opened in your own email app. You press send, from your own account.

That means we receive your data only after you actually send the email. We use the name, email address, phone number, and message content only to reply to and process your request. We do not sell them and do not share them with any third party.

4. Our Post Scheduling Tool

We use a self-built tool to publish Cirebon Smart Farm posts to Instagram, our Facebook Page, and TikTok on a schedule. The tool is not a public service: there is no sign-up, no other users, and it runs on our own computer, not on the internet.

It does one thing only: upload our own images and text to our own accounts.

TikTok permissions we request

• user.info.basic — reads the name and profile picture of our own TikTok account, purely so the tool's screen shows which account is connected.
• video.publish — publishes images we made to our own TikTok account.

We do not read, store, analyze, or process any other TikTok user's data. We do not access follower lists, private messages, or other people's videos. We share no TikTok data with third parties, and we use none of it to train any model.

Meta permissions we request

For Instagram and Facebook we request read and publish permissions on our own account and Page, plus the like and comment counts on our posts, so they can be shown on our internal dashboard.

Where tokens are stored

Access tokens from TikTok and Meta are stored in a file on our own computer, with limited read permissions, and are never sent to anyone else. Tokens can be revoked at any time from TikTok or Meta account settings, and revoking them stops our tool immediately.

5. Children

Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

6. How Long Data Is Kept

We keep the email you send for as long as it is needed to handle your request and for order records. If you want your email and data deleted, send a request to cirebonsmartfarm@gmail.com and we will delete them within 30 working days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to ask for corrections, or to ask for deletion. Just send an email to the address above.

8. Policy Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Changes to how we use data will be stated clearly, not slipped in quietly.
